Natera is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Digital Marketing & Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our top-of-funnel marketing infrastructure by cleaning, optimizing, segmenting, and analyzing digital and customer data. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving. This role offers hands-on experience with the daily operations of a fast-growing business and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and maintain data hygiene for marketing leads to support revenue marketing efforts, including routine list hygiene, quality checks, deduping, and managing large, complex contact databases.
Build, refine, and QA audience segments, smart lists, and lead uploads to ensure accurate and efficient targeting across campaigns.
Analyze, clean, and optimize marketing and sales contacts daily, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Perform data analysis in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Proactively troubleshoot data issues across go-to-market systems; partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose root causes and implement scalable solutions.
Manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, maintaining organized documentation and workflow clarity.
Support additional digital marketing initiatives, campaign execution tasks, and operational projects as needed.
Create, update, and maintain detailed technical, data process, and workflow documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the Biotech or Healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data cleansing tools, and validation techniques) and strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is preferred; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and propose data-driven solutions.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and segmentation workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and a self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized, dependable, and process-oriented, with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
