As a Marketing Operations Lead, you’ll bring a Growth mindset to balancing mar-tech expertise, execution, and leadership. You’ll support in owning our marketing tools and integrations, build and optimize automated journeys, and lead a team of associates to deliver seamless, data-driven campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and mentor junior team members on marketing operations best practices
  • Manage the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of marketing databases and CRM systems
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows
  • Ensure seamless data flows between marketing systems, resolving integration issues as they arise
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Safeguard data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing processes
  • Drive multiple projects forward simultaneously to support Growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align activities with business goals
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new mar-tech solutions to improve efficiency and impact

What you need to have:

  • You should know how to design and implement AI-powered workflows or automations that meaningfully improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field;
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations or related role;
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), CAN-SPAM laws, deliverability best practices;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment;

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Management experience;
  • Hands-on Iterable experience;
  • Basic HTML knowledge;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • API knowledge
