Apryse is seeking a Marketing /E-Commerce Operations Analyst who will join our growing GTM Operations Team. You will partner closely with our Marketing team in developing and supporting the analytical framework for our e-commerce self-serve product lines and impact our existing techstack infrastructure to improve the tracking and the delivery of insights. You will also help support our B2B arm of the business in evolving and improving our existing analytical frameworks, marketing contribution model and existing program KPIs, help with preparation of periodic reporting to the Board of Directors, and partner with the Director of Marketing Analytics to improve our capacity in delivering operational insights to the marketing team.
You will have a chance to offer improvements and have a direct impact from the get-go, leaning on your previous experience with data analysis, technical skills, report automation and help us get the most out of our operational and analytics tool investments. You will be supported by the rest of the GTM Operations team through coaching, training and pair program solving.

  • Develop a contribution model and establish and support an analytical and forecasting framework for the Apryse e-commerce self-serve subscription product lines.
  • Support ongoing reporting and forecasting for the marketing organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact our growth trajectory.
  • Identify issues, analyze available data and information, and recommend action items to the team and senior stakeholders.
  • Evolve the reporting and monitoring of our marketing KPIs
  • Partner with the operations team to improve existing data tracking challenges and suggest optimizations to the existing marketing tech stack for the e-commerce business
  • Support the field and digital marketing teams by maintaining reports and dashboards that provide a clear understanding of customer acquisition costs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build on and improve existing demand and lead generation modeling to determine the most effective and successful integrated campaign strategies from the perspective of digital channels, account-based marketing (ABM), and email nurture campaigns.
  • Support in various levels of Ad Hoc business analysis needs.


  • 3+ years of experience in an analyst role, preferably in a B2B SaaS/software organization, working with Marketing, Revenue Ops and/or Finance organization.
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g. modeling, statistics, financial analysis, reporting, etc.)
  • Direct prior experience building data models and forecasting for e-commerce/subscription based self-serve businesses.
  • Working understanding of standard demand waterfall and cohort-based analysis frameworks and marketing mix modelling.
  • Experience setting up basic ETL processes to combine multiple data sources on a single/multiple dashboards through a data visualization tool (Tableau or PowerBI).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Working experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce. Experience working with marketing attribution platforms like CaliberMind, Bizible (Adobe Marketo Measure) or similar a strong plus.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate program KPIs and formulate solutions to track them.
