Position Summary

As the Marketing Manager for the Benelux region, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies that support FMC’s commercial priorities. You will manage market analysis, guide product positioning, and ensure effective execution of product launches. Working closely with sales teams, product managers, and the EMEA marketing organisation, you will translate market insights into targeted marketing activities. This role requires a high level of independence, combining strategic planning with hands‑on creation of marketing materials, events, and campaigns.

Location: Netherlands (Hybrid)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the Benelux region.
  • Conduct market analysis, including market sizing, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead product launches, including biologicals and Isoflex introductions.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, digital content, and promotional assets.
  • Coordinate events, fairs, demo days, and partner meetings to increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate internally with product managers, sales teams, and EMEA marketing colleagues.
  • Monitor marketing results and adjust plans to support commercial objectives.
  • Work independently to drive all marketing activities across the region.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree (Agriculture, Biological Sciences, Marketing, or related field).
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in agro‑chemical or a related agricultural industry.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices and crop protection markets.
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and product launch activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

Skills Required
