The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help build a movement around GlassHouse.

You'll support trade-show execution. You'll help create content that earns attention. You'll coordinate with franchise systems and help tell stories that make contractors proud to be pros.

This is not a "follow-the-playbook" job. This is a builder's seat. If you've ever said, "I want to own projects and see real impact," this is your moment.

What You'll Do

Support Events & Partnerships (≈25%)

  • Help execute our trade-show strategy, sponsorships, and partner activations.
  • Work with our Partner Manager to coordinate co-marketing initiatives.

Create & Manage Content (≈25%)

  • Build regular customer communications (newsletter, product updates, etc.) and manage social channels in partnership with our CS team.
  • Help coordinate webinars and live sessions that build trust and buzz - with internal resources and external partners.

Drive Measurable Growth (≈25%)

  • Track performance, coordinate with paid vendors, and report marketing impact with clarity.
  • Use data to identify what's working and what needs adjustment.

Experiment & Build Systems (≈25%)

  • Test new channels, refine processes, and help us evolve from "fast and scrappy" to "fast and smart."

You'll report directly to the CEO, work closely with leadership across the business, and collaborate with external marketing resources.
