Job DescriptionPerform in-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand growth opportunities among target audiences in Taiwan and Malaysia markets.
Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns based on consumer insights to grow business metrics for respective markets.
Design, plan and execute marketing calendars to capture business trends and coordinate marketing communications.
Collaborate with local business & marketing team and cross-functional teams (Brand, Design, Customer Support) to execute campaigns in Taiwan and Malaysia.
Monitor key marketing business metrics and campaign performance, analyzing data and consolidating reports to provide insights and optimize effectiveness.
Assist in marketing campaign content ideation and execution, suggesting innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations for campaigns.
Stay updated on trends in local markets, social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments.
Education & Language:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English; Malay proficiency is a plus (both spoken and written).
Skills & Experience:
Basic copywriting and graphic production experience. Familiar with digital tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva; video editing apps such as Premiere would be a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and up-to-date with social media trends & channel management; FB/IG ad management experience is a plus.
Work Arrangement:
Able to work according to the following schedule:
Full-time (8 hours per day) during winter vacation: required to physically work in Taipei office 3 days per week
Part-time (at least 3 days per week) once the semester starts
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated, independent, and eager to take ownership of projects and learn new skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across different markets.
