About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven marketing professional to enable advanced analytics and AI-powered decision making across EMEA Marketing.
This role bridges technical analytics expertise with practical marketing application, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive growth. You will play a key role in building predictive models, developing dashboards, and enabling data-driven strategies across the Cochlear portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of AI-powered marketing capabilities, including predictive models and automated insights
Design and manage Growth KPI dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility
Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities
Analyse customer data and generate segmentation insights to support targeted marketing strategies
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decision-making
Support marketing teams with data-driven recommendations to optimise performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into marketing strategies
Drive data storytelling and visualization to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
About You
4+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or AI-related roles
Strong experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar)
Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate insights into action
Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working across a matrix organisation and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Experience
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B industries
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and martech ecosystems
Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing
Experience working across EMEA markets
Additional European language skills are an advantage
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
