REI Management is seeking a Marketing & Advertising Associate from a marketing or sales background to increase brand awareness, educate newcomers about our company culture, and track activity. The ideal Marketing & Advertising Associate will be outgoing, engaging, and enjoy interacting with others. Responsibilities of the Marketing & Advertising Associate:

  • Identify and engage with key client personnel through direct interactions with customers in-person
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, management, and fellow Marketing & Advertising Associates
  • Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers and assist in closing the sale
  • Accurately track sales metrics and communicate all activity with the team
  • Provide feedback on various factors regarding demographic data and customer insights
  • Communicate with the marketing team and other Marketing & Advertising Associates frequently
  • Perform other job-related duties as required

Requirements of the Marketing & Advertising Associate:

  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
