Job Description
- Responsible to set up the hotel to Go Live on Traveloka.com, TERA Extranet training for new hotels, manage hotel content, handle technical issues experienced by hotels.
- Assisting Market Manager in completing the acquisition process to ensure the hotel data has been completely collected
- Verifying the uploaded data (content) and make sure that everything is complete and correct
- Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skill, have attention to detail, adaptive to new situation, have willingness to learn, independent and have ownership.
- Guide the hotels to enter information into extranet to completion
- Process the hotel to go live into Traveloka system
- Handles and assist hotel’s partner’s enquiries
- Check emails and inform the respective Market Manager for follow up
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfill supply operation requirements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- New graduates are also welcome
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Hotel, Service and Online Travel Agent businesses
- Fluent in Bahasa and English. Other additional language is a bonus
