Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, governmental regulations, procedure manuals, Standard Work Instructions, Job Element Sheets, Control Plan, blueprints, Industry Specifications, In-Process Inspection Forms/Records, whiteboards, scrap reports, SPC charts, run charts and others as required to effectively perform the audits and train employees. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Able to effectively communicate with peers, management and plant personnel. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to understand, speak and write English fluently. Able to effectively facilitate workshops and training to plant level personnel.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software, design software, internet software, manufacturing software, project management software, spreadsheet software and word processing software. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) GD&T

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand\\walk, talk\\listen and reach with hands & arms. General good health to meet fast paced environment, and sometimes high stress situations. Must be able to function in very fast pace moving environment.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is in an office setting and frequently on the plant floor. The noise level in the office environment is usually low to moderate. While on the plant floor the employee is exposed to low levels of vibration and exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the production environment is usually moderate to loud.
