What You'll Do
- We are looking for a Manhattan Associates’ WMOS Consultant who will design and implement complex supply chain solutions for leading retailers and e-commerce companies using Manhattan Associates’ WMOS solution.
- Your duties will include analyzing business requirements and designing, configuring, and testing solutions that will meet customer needs.
- You should have experience managing tasks and deadlines, authoring and comprehending technical documentation, configuring software to meet requirements, testing software, communicating technical concepts clearly, and troubleshooting problems independently.
- We expect you to be interested in learning and developing proficiency in software
What You Know
- A minimum of 7-8 years of proven professional experience is required.
- Demonstrate the ability to thoroughly understand a company's functional, technical, and process requirements to support the development of documentation and solution requirements.
- Proficiency in authoring technical documents, including design and modification specifications, to effectively communicate software and process changes.
- Expertise in configuring supply chain software systems to align with and fulfill the business needs of the company.
- Capable of creating and executing comprehensive testing procedures to ensure that software and processes are free of defects and meet specified requirements.
- Skilled in developing and delivering effective training programs to facilitate the smooth transition of software to end users.
- Willingness and ability to provide on-site and remote support to enhance the value delivered to clients, assisting with problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and deadlines with minimal guidance, effectively prioritizing and organizing work to meet project requirements.
- Commitment to ensuring the timeliness and high quality of deliverables, with close attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Compensation Band
- $140- 145k per year
