Primary responsibilities will include cultivating and managing institutional relationships as well as selling both primary and secondary equities to institutional accounts.
- Primary business generally refers to our capital markets and corporate and investment banking
- Secondary business generally refers to business that results from account maintenance, corporate access and any output from the development of desk notes and institutional research
- Participate in morning meetings and craft daily research sales memos for clients
- Attend intra-day meetings and conference calls and highlight noteworthy changes
- Develop strong working relationships with capital markets, trading and research team
- Act as primary client relationship manager for designated account base
- Goal will be for the role to improve Texas Capital’s standing and penetration with institutional accounts that can result in 1) increasing flow and transaction volume; and 2) growing market share
