Key Responsibilities:
You will lead the work center planning process for the cluster, developing strong linkages between demand and supply.
You will prepare and guide the creation of a robust supply plan for the country, supporting both Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE).
You will integrate demand, deployment, SNP planning, and plant production planning to drive the RvsCC process.
You will be accountable for supply planning across all horizons—18-month strategic planning, monthly master scheduling, and weekly/daily ticket planning.
Experience:
You have 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with deep expertise in S&OP, S&OE, and manufacturing operations.
You have led country-level planning processes and worked across multiple planning horizons.
You are proficient in SAP SNP/APO and familiar with Class A planning principles.
You understand capacity planning, production scheduling, and deployment logistics in a manufacturing environment.
You have successfully introduced new products into supply plans and managed cross-functional planning forums.
You hold a degree in engineering, supply chain, or business—an advanced degree is a plus.
