About Aethos Saragano
Aethos Saragano is a medieval stone village nestled between olive groves and vineyards in the Umbrian countryside. With 15 renovated suites throughout the town, a pool, a Spa, and our very own restaurant, "Ceci," we are preserving the medieval character of the village and adding elements of contemporary design. We want to create a special place in the middle of the Umbrian hills that invites our guests to enjoy the authentic Italian way of life. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Leadership Development: Are you eager to start your career in hospitality management and develop leadership skills in a dynamic hotel environment? As our Manager in Training, you will work closely with different departments to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, team coordination, and guest service excellence.
- Operations Support: Ready to learn how a successful hotel operates behind the scenes? During your training program, you will assist managers with daily operations, support departmental activities, and help ensure that service standards and operational procedures are consistently maintained.
- Guest & Team Engagement: Do you enjoy working with people and building strong professional relationships? You will support both guests and team members by helping resolve operational challenges, improving guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Looking to strengthen your organizational and management skills? Working alongside experienced leaders, you will learn how to handle priorities, support business objectives, analyze operational needs, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel while maintaining a professional and proactive attitude.
