Job Description

What's on your plate?

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead special projects from concept to completion across multiple verticals (Grocery, Retail, Pharmacies, Flowers, Electronics, etc.).

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, with a focus on business growth and efficiency.

  • Develop clear action plans to address business challenges and deliver tangible outcomes.

Strategy Development & Problem Solving

  • Identify key opportunities and challenges, using strategic insights to shape business direction.

  • Formulate data-driven solutions and oversee their implementation to drive profitability and growth.

  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze business performance metrics to support decision-making and validate hypotheses.

  • Leverage data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Present insights, strategies, and updates to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Lead workshops and alignment sessions to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on goals and project execution.

    • Strategic Mindset & Problem Solving: Ability to think critically, structure complex problems, and develop actionable, data-driven solutions. Strong consulting mindset with the ability to approach challenges holistically.

    • Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, from inception to execution, delivering impactful results.

    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Highly analytical, with experience leveraging data to guide strategic initiatives, validate hypotheses, and improve business performance.

    • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in presenting clear and compelling recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions across all levels of the organization.

  • Nice to Have:

    • Consulting Background: 3+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain) with a focus on operational excellence, strategy development, or business transformation.

    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, food delivery, e-commerce, or retail sectors.

    • Technical Skills: SQL proficiency and experience with business intelligence tools to drive insights and performance improvements.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally.

    • Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    • Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys learning on the go, with a continuous improvement mindset
