Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform setup of electronic services for non-individual clients and work with various stakeholders within the bank.
- Process Non-Individual client onboarding including internet banking application and maintenance, Corporate Paynow, SGQR, API, etc)
- Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations
- More senior candidates will manage a team of staff
- Prepare statistics and reports
- Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in banking operations
- Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage
- Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR etc is an advantage
- Candidates shall be self starter, fast learner, committed
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Able to work independently and a team player.
- Able to adapt to new technology / systems
- Can multi-task and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and posses good typing skills
- Computer-literate with good Microsoft Office skill such as Words and Excel
- Meticulous and diligent with an eye-for-details
- Possess good communication and analytical skills
