We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our digital investment platform with a primary focus on supporting agency sales efforts. This role is pivotal in driving strategic campaigns, crafting impactful communications, and developing market-leading collateral to promote our focus funds and strengthen engagement with our agent network.
Position Responsibilities:
- Campaign Leadership: Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns to elevate the brand visibility of iFUNDS/InvestChoice, with a focus on boosting agency sales efforts in Hong Kong.
- Strategic Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing and product collateral that aligns with our overall brand strategy and supports integrated marketing campaigns. This includes producing brochures, presentations, fund manager videos, and digital assets tailored to business objectives and channel needs.
- Value Proposition Positioning: Effectively communicate our investment capabilities to establish a distinct value proposition for both direct clients and agents.
- Communication Management: Enhance client and agent communications to foster word-of-mouth marketing within the agency force, supporting greater engagement and brand loyalty.
- Localization Support: Adapt global and regional marketing initiatives to suit the Hong Kong market, ensuring relevancy and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams and markets to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing materials, maintaining alignment with regional strategies.
- External Collaboration: Partner with external service providers and vendors to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies, including design, production, media placement, and event execution, while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Event and Webinar Support: Assist in organizing client and agent events and webinars to deepen product knowledge and drive engagement.
- Cross-Market Coordination: Support the launch of campaigns, products, and projects across Asia markets, ensuring consistency and alignment with regional strategies, and coordinate with local teams for collateral adaptation and distribution.
- Vendor and Agency Management: Oversee in-house and external service providers for design, production, media placement, and event execution, ensuring all activities meet quality and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure in asset management or pension industry.
- Experience in advertising, campaign management and digital marketing.
- Strong communicator in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
- Enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Creative and strong work ethics
- Background in Finance or Economics and Communications preferred
- Good team player and interpersonal skills
