Job Description

Own the execution and scale of scored lending across Personal & Private Banking by driving utilization, optimizing decision strategies, and enhancing digital lending journeys. Expand access to credit for new-to-bank and underserved customers through innovative, data-driven approaches, while leveraging strategic partnerships and ecosystems to accelerate acquisition, improve decisioning, and embed lending into customer journeys—balancing growth with strong risk discipline.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance or related field

Experience Required

5-7 years

  • Proven experience in developing and refining scored lending strategies, including credit rules, scorecards, and decision-making frameworks
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data and insights to support credit decisions, optimise portfolio performance, and identify business growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and enhancing lending products and customer journeys using customer behaviour, portfolio trends, and performance insights
  • Experience collaborating with risk, data, and technology teams to translate lending strategies into effective solutions within decisioning systems.
