The Manager, Partnerships is responsible for advancing the Firm’s vision and capabilities across the EAP practices through strategic partnerships and alliances.
This role focuses on building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with key partners and stakeholders, while also sourcing, negotiating and securing new partnership opportunities. The position involves collaborating with internal teams, conducting outreach, and leveraging partnerships to drive growth and support the Firm’s objectives across the EAP region.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Firm Principals and Practice Leaders to identify and develop partnership opportunities.
- Use industry-specific knowledge to customize partnership strategies for Ryan’s EAP practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and align partnership initiatives to support Firm goals.
- Identify, research, and engage new partnership opportunities, with a focus on EAP practices and their related services.
- Conduct outreach and relationship-building activities, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings with prospective partners.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to identify and engage potential partners.
- Lead partner negotiations, partnership agreement development, and due diligence efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve partnership goals, providing guidance and support to promote individual and team success.
- Monitor, track, and analyze team performance and conduct regular evaluations to encourage growth and development.
- Provide regular updates on team activities and pipeline progress to senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate CRM records for partner and stakeholder interactions are maintained for the team.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing partners and industry stakeholders.
- Respond to partnership-related inquiries and collaborate on proposals to meet partnership needs.
- Prepare documentation for partnership agreements and presentations.
- Work with internal teams, including Global Clients and Markets (GCM) colleagues, to develop and disseminate policies and procedures for EAP commercial team
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience required.
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, and Internet research.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervisory responsibilities, including team training and development, in line with company policies and regulations.
