Foley is seeking an innovative, technology-driven BDR Manager to lead, scale, and modernize our pipeline generation engine. You’ll build and inspire a high-performing outbound team that uses data, automation, and creativity to deliver qualified meetings across Construction, Utilities, Transportation, and other regulated-driver industries. This role blends leadership, process excellence, and hands-on use of technology to drive measurable growth.
What you’ll do- Lead and scale a team of 10+ BDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline through data-informed outreach strategies.
- Design and refine outbound cadences using Gong insights, Orum parallel dialing, and modern sales engagement tools.
- Integrate new technology and automation into daily workflows to improve efficiency and personalization at scale.
- Own pipeline creation targets and deliver consistent results that align with AE coverage goals.
- Partner with Marketing and GrowthOps to connect 6sense intent data and HubSpot workflows to outbound prospecting.
- Coach, train, and motivate BDRs to embrace technology, test new approaches, and operate with a culture of continuous improvement.
- Use Gong, Salesforce, and Orum data to analyze performance, optimize conversion rates, and refine messaging.
- Collaborate with Enablement to develop onboarding programs, skill certifications, and technology-driven sales training.
- Report and forecast outbound performance in Salesforce with clarity and precision.
- 3+ years of BDR or SDR leadership experience in B2B SaaS or a high-velocity sales environment.
- Proven success building and scaling outbound teams that consistently exceed pipeline targets.
- Deep understanding of metrics including activity-to-meeting ratios, SAL to SQL conversion, and pipeline coverage.
- Skilled in using Gong, Salesforce, and Orum; familiarity with HubSpot, 6sense, and other modern sales tools preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 annually + additional variable compensation, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
