The Role
Unity Advisory is a challenger advisory firm built for the AI-enabled world. We operate a lean, conflict-free, client-centric model that embeds AI across all workstreams.
We partner with CFOs and leadership teams of ambitious businesses and their investors — enabling smarter decisions and faster execution.
As we scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead our commercial marketing engine — shaping a go-to-market strategy that attracts the right clients, drives growth, and strengthens our position as a category-defining brand.
Responsibilities
Build a revenue-first marketing engine that drives pipeline growth from first impression to closed deal. Map the buyer journey, design high-impact campaigns, and recruit Ideal Client Profile (ICP) clients.
Bridge sales and marketing by aligning with service line leaders on targeting, qualification, and pipeline acceleration. Treat lead-flow as a product and continuously optimise.
Work effectively with GTM Engineer and champion automation
Manage budgets and agencies with a commercial mindset, ensuring every investment delivers measurable ROI.
Develop content that converts — from thought leadership to sales enablement — engaging CFOs, COOs and transformation leaders.
Lead corporate communications, PR, and media strategy to position Unity Advisory as a challenger brand in the advisory space.
Oversee digital channels, including website and LinkedIn, ensuring each touchpoint informs, converts, and differentiates. Define LLM-optimisation alongside traditional SEO.
Drive internal communications with leadership and function heads to align culture and messaging.
Maintain brand consistency and clarity across all channels and materials.
Measure, report, and optimise all marketing activities. Use data to double down on what works.
Implement tech-enabled feedback loops to capture client insight and act on it.
Champion AI-powered marketing and pipeline tools to improve targeting, forecasting, and conversion.
Build strong cross-functional relationships across delivery, product, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
7+ years in growth marketing or sales-aligned roles within professional services (sector experience advantageous) , SaaS, or platform businesses.
Data-driven and tech-native, fluent in AI marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.
Available to start work with no/little notice.
Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
Experienced across content, digital, social, and event marketing — with a sharp sense of what performs.
Skilled at managing budgets, agencies, and multi-channel campaigns.
Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Comfortable building from scratch and iterating fast — a proactive, hands-on builder.
