General Description:

Member of BeOne's access field team professionals whose objective is to interact with stakeholders in the private and public markets, while driving reimbursement of new technologies with payers. Responsible to drive and implement access strategies considering the particularities of each stakeholder aiming at improving the patient journey and expanding access, contributing to a sustainable health system.

Essential Functions:

  • Deeply understand of the healthcare system, considering all institutional stakeholders, HCPs, care networks, regulation, legislation and the existing interrelationship.
  • Identify access barriers and opportunities through target accounts, develop and implement action plans to get and maximize access.
  • Good understanding of the Brazilian Onco-hematology market access and the competitive landscape.
  • Patient's journey´s knowledge focused on Onco-hematology to develop customized plans by account to improve patient’s experiences.
  • Responsible for updating the CRM internal system.
  • Develop a sustainable relationship with Access Stakeholders with an ethical, empathetic approach and with the purpose of co-creating constructive projects to improve/expand access for patients.
  • Monitor new regulatory, financial and political trends, anticipating risks and developing strategies by accounts. 
  • Interact with BeOne's strategic areas providing inputs for value proposition’s development, pharmacoeconomic analysis, evidence generation and innovative access solutions.
  • Work in partnership with sales team to collect relevant information and build the commercial strategy to ensure competitive proposals aligned with BeOne and customer needs.
  • Implement, monitor and constantly communicate our progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Map opportunities for regional events and lead the way.
  • Work cross-functionally with other areas by developing a culture of one team.
  • Ensure that all decisions taken are aligned with BeOne's governance model, considering decision-making criteria based on the PTRB concept (patient, trust, reputation, business).

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:

University undergraduate degree in life science or business with a minimum of 5 years' experience

OR

Masters with a minimum of 4 years' experience preferred

OR

Higher qualifications (MD, PhD) with a minimum of 2 years' experience preferred

Other Experience:

Knowledge of the health system; new technology incorporations process in private and public market.

Knowledge in health economics and of Health Technology Assessment Concepts and Tools.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Travel:  Availability

Computer Skills:  Standard Computer Skills required (MS Office)
