As an HR, Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain leader, you will be pivotal in driving the global people strategy that enables Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and Quality team organizations to achieve business results. You will partner closely with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen talent pipelines, and build a high‑performance, inclusive culture. In this role, you will lead key HR processes, provide strategic coaching, and deliver global initiatives that support long‑term capability and workforce planning needs. Your work will directly influence the development, engagement, and readiness of teams across a globally aligned and regionally deployed organization.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic HR partnership to senior Manufacturing & Supply Chain leaders and Quality team, advising on organizational strategy, workforce planning, change management, and key business initiatives.
- Lead and execute global HR programs across assigned client groups, ensuring alignment on talent, culture, engagement, capability‑building, and D&I strategies across regions.
- Oversee end‑to‑end talent management, including succession planning, organization/talent reviews, leadership pipeline development, and high‑potential program optimization.
- Develop and implement organizational development plans and tools that strengthen effectiveness, enhance capabilities, and support continuous improvement within the function.
- Lead core HR processes—performance management, job grading, competency development, compensation planning, and policy compliance—while coaching leaders on HR and legal requirements.
- Use data and business insights to identify needs, shape people‑related decisions, and deliver solutions that support global Manufacturing & Supply Chain objectives and “One Goodyear Way.”
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or a related field.
- 7 or more years of experience in Human Resources leading core HR processes.
What Will Set You Apart
- Master's degree in business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Prior global Human Resource experience - Working across various countries and within a Human Resource matrix and experience supporting senior leaders of functions or business units.
- Several years working in a high-paced, high-volume environment working on activities ranging from strategic to tactical and experience working in multiple businesses/functions/roles, both with direct & indirect authority.
- Experience in talent management, change management and data analytics.
- Experience leading, coaching and consulting on business and HR initiatives.
- Business knowledge & customer solution delivery (internal); experience supporting/working with higher-level strategic customers, partners, consumers and
- stakeholders.
- Successful track-record delivering results with associates from different cultures/background.
- Proven expertise leading comprehensive talent management, development, and retention strategies.
