The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the GTM (Go-To-Market) Finance team. Be part of a team driving business growth in SEA, KOR and Greater China, providing influential insights, strong financial stewardship and actively drive our ambitious top line growth and margin expansion.
This role will report to the Head of Sales Finance, Asia, and is located in Singapore.
What you’ll do

Support the reporting, budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes for the Adobe businesses.

Design appropriate processes, methodologies, variables, and modelling techniques to develop and deliver timely data-driven insights.

Actively partner and collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional teams to drive impact across supported markets.

Coordinate, prepare and consolidate executive facing reporting materials for Business reviews.

Drive operational and process excellence and automation through smart use of latest financial tools.

Effectively work across matrixed organizations, maintaining credibility and positive relationships with business partners and collaborators across the geography and company.
What you’ll need to succeed

Outstanding interpersonal skills including proficiency in written/spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is desirable.

A positive and “can do” attitude as well as sense of immediacy to complete tasks is essential. You will be comfortable in a fluid environment that evolves together with the business.

Be very curious with strong desire to drive issues to root cause and willingness to learn.

Detail-oriented with strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A team player who can work closely with peers and business stakeholders, with credibility, independence, and unwavering integrity.

A solid understanding of financial fundamentals, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, impeccable accuracy.

Prior Multinational Organization experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, Finance or related field. A professional qualification (CA/CPA/MBA) is desirable.

8-10+ years of Sales Finance, Sales Operations or related experience required.

A strong understanding of Financial Systems and processes. Strong proficiency in MS Excel is crucial and TM1, PowerBI, Anaplan, Tableau and/or pipeline management tools experience would be a plus.

Experience in software industry and understanding of related sales analytics, or finance issues, is desirable.
