Manager, Enterprise Business Continuity (EBC)
This role reports to the Head of System Support & Enterprise Business Continuity.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Functional (job responsibilities)
Coordination and facilitation of various BCM related exercises i.e., BCM documents annual review, BCP exercises, training, audit/compliance reviews etc. to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Compile and coordinate for review, verification and analysis of BIA (business impact analysis), RA (risk assessment), Level of Disruptions (LOD) and BCM strategies necessary for the development of a prudent BCM plan and procedures].
Manage and oversee DRP tests according to the schedule/matrix, monitor progress status, track action plans and ensure proper closure for reporting purposes.
Coordinate and support in business continuity and recovery response during major incidents and/or during invocation of the business continuity plan.
Participate in external business continuity management programs and keep abreast of industry best practices and standards.
Possess a very strong commitment to ensure full adherence to BCM and other related compliances.
Jobholder Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Education/Qualification
Degree and/or professional qualification in Business Continuity or IT, Risk Management or Audit.
Accredited certification in BCM or other related fields by a recognized professional institution.
Experience/Requirements
2 years and above Business Continuity Management experience.
Knowledge of established and emerging business continuity best practice and standards (i.e. ISO 22301) is a plus.
Working proficiency of operational risk and resilience as well as risk related control frameworks and practices.
Experience in leading and/or conducting execution of BCP, DR, and/or Crisis Management either in a simulated exercise or actual environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for confident communication with all stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Working proficiency of English for clear communication, documentation, and presentations.
