As a Manager, Franchise Operations for Malaysia, you’ll lead the orchestration of the Coca-Cola system (between the Operating Unit and the Bottling Company) to drive market performance. You will be responsible for leveraging the brand and commercial plans across all our iconic brands in Malaysia.

We are looking for people that have a passion for Sales, Marketing, Commercial Execution and a strong acumen for Analysis and Project Management.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business results alignment with Operating Unit (OU) and “Bottler”
  • Support the growth agenda for the territory of Malaysia aligned with our OU and system strategy and priorities and driving Malaysia as the top 6 markets in ASP
  • Responsible for orchestrating TCCC’s-network initiatives and securing bottling partners’ alignment and flawless execution.
  • Raise the bar and drive ambition of Malaysia to become the next top 40 markets
  • Jointly with the Singapore-Malaysia Franchise Operations Senior Director; lead the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making. 
  • Manages and articulates the day-to-day operations of the franchise; working very closely with the Frontline teams. Co-Leads localization of plans; monitors evolution of key indicators to achieve Business Plan objectives (e.g. share, transaction, Revenues, volume);
  • Leads communication flow between Bottler and KO concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; cooperates with bottler to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions. 

Related Work Experience:

  • +3 years within the Coca-Cola System or FMCG in a franchise model or equivalent; where leading through influence play a key role.  
  • FMCG Industry: Commercial and Project Management experience.
