Your Team

The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.
The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.

Your responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate enterprise planning cycles, including annual planning and ongoing execution reviews, ensuring alignment between strategy outcomes, portfolio priorities and delivery activity.
  • Operate the enterprise execution cadence, including checkpoints, milestones and decision forums that support consistent strategy execution.
  • Provide execution oversight, tracking progress against strategic priorities and identifying delivery dependencies, risks and misalignment across the enterprise.
  • Support effective dependency management across portfolios by coordinating inputs from EPMO, delivery leaders and Lines of Business to surface and resolve crossinitiative impacts (e.g. dependencies, delivery resource demand/supply and prioritisation conflicts).
  • Partner closely with the Enterprise Portfolio Lead (EPMO) to translate portfolio insights into meaningful execution and planning decisions.
  • Prepare and present Executivelevel reporting and insights, including progress, risks, interdependencies and areas requiring intervention.
  • Prepare Board reporting to support GM and COO with Board engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling informed decisionmaking through clear execution insights and challenge.
  • Drive continuous improvement in enterprise planning and execution governance, refining processes, tooling, forums and measures based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a planning and execution analyst, ensuring highquality reporting, insights and analysis to support executive and governance forums.
  • Focus on ongoing process improvement and continuous uplift of EPMO practices and ways of working. Collaborate and work closely with the ADF Transformation team to support the evolution of the ASX Delivery Framework.
  • Evolve practices to incorporate persistent teams and continuous delivery ways of working
  • Work with Finance and project team on budget oversight
  • Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by rolemodelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
  • Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve endtoend enterprise outcomes.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach, develop and support others.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role’s function and the broader ASX context.
  • Engage with senior leaders across Enterprise Customer & Operations and other divisions, and Boards or senior forums where relevant to role scope.
  • Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.
