M&A analyst - Intern (M/W)

Devoteam is looking to hire a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst intern. The position is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team with high ambitions in the very booming sectors of Cloud, Data & AI and Cybersecurity in Europe.

We will count on you to: 

• Source and identify potential opportunities in line with our new 4 year strategic plan 
• Gather, analyze, and present information on potential acquisition targets
• Participate in the execution of M&A projects : from evaluating, to structuring LOI and offer letters, support/coordinate due diligence processes and prepare/participate in negotiations
• Build balanced relationships with business stakeholders and external counterparties

• For us the ideal candidate would have the following skills : 

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with an attention to details and well structured attitude 

  • Rigor, autonomy, proactivity and agility 

  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders

  • General knowledge of the industry is a plus, but not a requirement 

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent (Top business/engineering school)

  • Fluent English + French (fluency in another European language would be a plus); 

• First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in M&A - Audit - TS - Corporate finance desired
