As a Logistics Representative at Webbing, you will be responsible for overseeing various logistics activities, inventory management, order processing (including exports and shipments), and customer backend setup within a platform developed by Webbing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the customer order process.
- Handling Webbing's inventory.
- Reviewing and approving invoices.
- Import/Export processes, and collaboration with local and global authorities.
- Managing customer setup and any related changes.
Located in Romania (initially remote, with a future transition to hybrid work)
Work hours: 10:00-18:00

- Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, match, pivot).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Experience in warehouse management/Supply chain/Operations coordinator - an advantage
- Experience with import/ export shipments - an advantage
- Understanding of mobile roaming flows – an advantage
