Job Description:
• Manage the customer orders including Spares, Component Repair &
Overhaul, Warranty and others related to Material Support & Logistics.
• Work with team to seek the work flow and the process improvements
to maximize the efficiency.
• Develop basic IT tool or software, especially but not limited to SAP,
Excel, Macro, etc. to improve the effectiveness.
• Providing the weekly and/or monthly report and analysis.
• Contribute to some ad-hoc projects.
• At least 6 months internship.
Job Holder Requirements:
• Currently enrolled undergraduate students from a leading university, IT/ Software background is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in various system and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. Familiar with Macro and statistical analysis tool.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player, with capacity to work independently.
