Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire a bilingual administrative professional to join its team in East Providence, RI office.
As a Lobby Receptionist, you will be responsible for being the “Director of First Impressions” for the customers, and visitors who visit the HealthSource RI walk-in center.

Qualifications for the position include:
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and maintain confidential information.
- Minimum 2 of Customer Service experience required.
- Previous experience managing lines/waiting areas and serving multiple external visitors required.
- Basic PC skills (i.e., Microsoft Office) required.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills required.
