About the Role

This is a hands-on role at an early-stage company. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable in ambiguity and willing to roll up their sleeves on any task big or small in order to facilitate the quick sale of Orchard assets. You are someone that works with a sense of urgency at all times, are organized and detail-oriented and know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. What You’ll Do Here:

We are hiring a Listing Coordinator in our Austin, TX office. The Listing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that every home's listing comes together efficiently and accurately. As part of this, you’ll:

  • Use Salesforce to monitor properties and their anticipated list dates. 
  • Properly enter listing data into the MLS, draft marketing copy for MLS Remarks and edits as requested by Listing Agent(s).
  • Confirm photography and 3D scan accurately represent the home. 
  • Ensure all documentation and disclosures needed for each listing are collected. 
  • Create, send, and coordinate across internal teams to fill the necessary documentation and disclosures for Orchard-owned homes. 
  • Upload items into the MLS and track within internal tools such as Salesforce and Dropbox.
  • Manage shared Salesforce queue, send/receive emails, learn real estate systems and software quickly. 

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience with administrative and project support for sales, marketing, operations, or a similar field 
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of information, with a focus on superior customer service 
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize responsibilities and implement accordingly
  • A collaborative and scrappy approach to accomplish big goals while working cross-functionally 
  • Proficiency with technology such as G-Suite and Salesforce with technologies like Dotloop and MLS being a plus.
