Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be creative, adaptable and able to think outside the box.
- Must be able to work with a wide range of personalities, guests and clients.
- Must be able to work with members of the sales team to create and promote good content, and execute contracted requirements.
- Must be able to handle all phases of segment production, as well as pre-show and show planning for our three-hour “Unscripted” Lifestyle program.
- Must be able to plan and work ahead on multiple shows at the same time.
- Must be able to balance and keep track of multiple schedules/calendars, for all content, hosts and video producers.
- Must have a basic understanding of Adobe Premiere or similar video editing systems.
- Must be able to use/learn Akta/Anvato system in order to manage website, CTV and YouTube content.
- Must be able to use/learn Trello in order to manage projects with Sales and Creative Services.
- Must be able to delegate tasks, and set our team up for success.
- Must have a solid understanding of the TV production process, in both live and recorded formats, and in both studio and on-location setups.
- Must be able to work/adapt quickly, and change direction with show content on the fly.
Other Beneficial Skills:
- Familiarity with, or ability to learn, OBS systems.
- Being able to shoot high-quality video content.
- Proficiencies in other Adobe Suite Programs, such as Photoshop, After Effects, Audition, etc.
- Being comfortable on camera is not mandatory, but can give the team extra content options.
Experience:
At least two years of experience producing and creating Lifestyle shows, and/or significant experience managing video production teams in a similar setting.
