Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Internship Program Dates: Monday, June 6 - Friday, August 15
We're seeking a bright, highly motivated student to join the Legal team in our Wilmington, Delaware office. You will learn about the legal side of a large business-to-business corporation and how corporation counsel's team operates. Our legal team consist of experienced corporate attorneys, compliance professions and skilled legal project managers. By working with this diverse group, you will be able to get experience in all aspects of a corporations legal processes. If you are heading toward a career in law, compliance, or business, our intern program may be just what you need to see a broad and inside view of a vibrant business-to-business company. Some of the things you'll learn from us:

• Learn how to assist the Legal team with organization projects

• Understand and learn how to research topics and details requested by the Legal team.

• Learn how to collaborate with the Legal team to assist with various legal documents and projects

• Learn and understand corporate contracts and the contracting process

• Please note: if you are a law student, this may not be an ideal opportunity for you - the work involved is not in line with law degree requirements.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Currently attending college, university, or a similar training program

• Graduating or ready for full-time employment within 12 months of August 2024

• Great organization skills are needed

• The ability to work with dense legal documents

• Flexibility and agility are important for success with this position
