We are looking for a Sr. Manager to join our dynamic Employee Success team to support our overall immigration strategy & policy design. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner across Salesforce's ES network and beyond to pioneer global immigration policy and strategy, leading impactful initiatives that make a difference for Salesforce and communities around the world in alignment with our corporate values.
This is a new role. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in corporate immigration and/or immigration policy strategy analysis, including direct experience with U.S. immigration. A JD and or Master's in related field is preferred, including 5+ years of experience in managing complex US or global immigration projects. You will need to be able to manage ambiguity, assess patterns in complex problems, not be afraid to lean into changes and take calculated risks to drive results. You will need to lead with compassion, have a growth mindset, and embrace teamwork.
Your Impact:
- Provide strategic oversight and analysis based on global program trends as it relates to policy, regulatory and/or social changes.
- Analyze metrics reporting to measure success and proactively identify program gaps and training opportunities.
- Develop an equitable approach to align with business, employee and stakeholder needs.
- Partner closely with Government Affairs Team, Legal Team and outside counsel to monitor and influence changes in immigration law and policy.
- Partner with outside counsel to ensure optimal service levels and cost effectiveness.
- Partner with cross functional teams to design and lead an employee-focused immigration strategy with a greater social impact.
- Ensure legal compliance on immigration matters and programs.
