The successful candidate will be an integral part of a fast-growing Legal and Compliance team. The Legal Operations Administrator will be responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration and optimization of the company’s contracts lifecycle management system and processes (“CLM”). The ideal candidate will have at least three years of private and public company experience and be organized, resourceful, responsible, detail-oriented and able to perform under minimal supervision. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Guide the full life cycle of company contracts, from first request to final signature and contract distribution
  • Administer the contracts execution processes working closely with Legal and Compliance staff
  • Enforce the contracts execution policy and procedures
  • Review and summarize contracts terms for internal stakeholders 
  • Administer and preserve the CLM and contracts database
  • Handle confidential business matters and information with sound judgement and discretion
  • Continuously scale and improve legal operations as we grow


What We Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of legal operations experience with a track record of administering CLM and related legal operations tools, ideally at a growth stage SaaS startup or tech company 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
  • BS, BA or its equivalent
  • High degree of reliability and integrity, ability to handle confidential business matters and sensitive information with sound judgement and discretion
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, with good written and verbal communication skills


Unstoppable Qualities:

  • Experience with and mastery of Ironclad a bonus
  • Experience with implementing and using additional legal operations solution tools (e.g., AI assisted contract review, DocuSign, SimpleLegal, etc.) a bonus
