Argyle provides businesses with a single global access point to employment data. Any company can process work verifications, gain real-time transparency into earnings and view worker profile details.

We are a fun and passionate group of people working remotely across 23 different countries and counting. We are now looking for a Legal Assistant to join our global team.

What will you do?

• Half project management, half legal operations, this person loves words (small picture) and project plan spreadsheets (big picture) equally.
• Help document, enforce and manage legal processes
• Keep legal documents organized and filed
• Draft and review legal documents under the supervision of the General Counsel
• Special legal projects as assigned.

• Unmatched organizational skills
• Strong Project Management experience
• Attention to detail
• Comfort with enforcing policies on cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in a law firm or in-house company of at least 3 years
