Job Description
Lead Compliance Policy Specialist

Responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategies that enable the Company’s compliance management system. Supports the maintenance of policies, standards, and oversight of the Company’s compliance management system.
Responsibilities
- Drafts policies and standards for the Company’s compliance management system and Operational Excellence.
- Reviews policies and standards related to Operational Excellence to ensure alignment with all Company policies and standards and that roles and responsibilities are documented appropriately.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on the Company’s policies and standards.
- Partners with the Second Line of Defense to update policies and standards in response to process changes as well as exam, audit, risk assessment, and compliance testing findings.
- Partners with the First and Second Lines of Defense to respond to regulatory exam, audit, and testing requests.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, finance, technology, business, compliance
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, data analytics, finance/operational planning, process management
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in compliance, data analytics, finance/operational planning, process management
Preferred Qualifications

- Master's Degree in engineering, finance, technology, business, compliance
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, data analytics, finance/operational planning, process management
