Experience leading corporate and financial transactions and M&A matters is preferred but not required.

  • Play a key role in the evaluation of potential corporate transactions, due diligence matters, obtaining any governance and/or regulatory approvals, and assist with any post-closing activities
  • Advise on intellectual property, regulatory, data privacy requirements, employment, and advise on strategic legal matters and legal implications to mitigate risk and protect Community’s business
  • Responsible for the management of internal and external counsel, including selection, retention, budget alignment, evaluation, and optimization

  • Leadership excellence, including communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • An ability to communicate legal conclusions clearly to both those who do not have a legal background and those who think they do.
  • Self-starter who is able to deliver in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight and changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent judgment.
  • Expertise in various collaboration and organizational tools.
  • A sense of humor, humility, and strong sense of self-awareness
