As Corporate Counsel, this role will drive the results that impact our larger goals. You will have the opportunity to work within Spreetail's legal team and promote the success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have the combination of legal expertise and the ability to understand business.

How you will achieve success:

• Work directly with our internal legal team and outside counsel to handle both administrative and substantive legal tasks.
• Immigration matters – manage caseload from intake through processing and filing; assist with the preparation of applications for permanent residency, nonimmigrant, and immigrant visa petitions; gather application and petition information from internal parties; collaborate with outside counsel on all of the above.
• Corporate matters – corporate governance, subsidiary/entity creation and management, drafting of board resolutions, and other corporate documents.
• General matters – contract creation, preparation, and upkeep; drafting various commonly issued notices, amendments, NDAs, and other documentation.

What experiences will help you in the role:

• Bachelor's degree or post-secondary program with law-related coursework.
• 5+ years of law-related work experience under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
• Experience with immigration matters is highly preferred.
• Registration as a notary is a plus.
• Public company experience is a plus.
