Responsibilities:
- You will report to the Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Sales, and Partnership teams
- Work on cutting edge technological transactions
- Contribute to the business and legal strategy of a rapidly growing tech company
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a mid-to-large sized law firm
- Have experience focusing on enterprise technology-based transactional agreements (e.g., SaaS, licensing, non-disclosure, professional service agreements, etc.)
- Manage workload for multiple stakeholders
- JD from a top-tier law school
- Bar admission/good standing in the state of New York
- Knowledge of MS and Google Suites and Carta
- Experience in data privacy and protection or corporate governance a plus
