Ansira has an immediate opening for a Corporate Attorney on day-to-day legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements including master service agreements, vendor agreements (including SaaS agreements), nondisclosure agreements, and commercial leases.
- Provide legal advice regarding contracts, advertising/marketing law, and data privacy.
- Work closely with stakeholders in responding to legal issues as they may arise.
- Research and remain informed regarding laws related to marketing and advertising including data privacy laws.
Education and experience:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar
- 4+ years of commercial contracting experience in a law firm or corporate environment
- Preferred experience in digital advertising and privacy

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in collaboration with team members
