About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a contract manager / paralegal to join our growing legal team at Grand Rounds Health, Inc.! This position will play a key roll in supporting all aspects of the contracting process. Grand Rounds is looking for a passionate and professional team player who is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, diligent, resourceful and wants to be part of a close and collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
• Own and maintain Contract Management System.
• Own complete lifecycle of contract/agreement from intake to execution.
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
• Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
• Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
• Maintain legal ticketing system for all contracts/agreements and activities related to.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant commercial and partner/vendor contract experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written (grammar, spelling, formatting) and verbal communication skills
• Exemplifies a strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possesses superior organizational skills 
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Experience establishing or supporting contract management processes, procedures and methodologies.
• Able to anticipate issues and escalate appropriately
• Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently
