We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about legal practice and would be excited to help trail blaze a more efficient and just future.  The ideal candidate will be someone with a solid understanding of how personal injury litigation works today and a desire to improve it in the future. This role is fully remote (US Only) and can be full-time or on a flexible basis.

What you'll do:

• Apply your litigation experience and legal skills and knowledge to improve the personal injury litigation process
• Work across the organization, including with our engineering and product teams
• Coordinate with outside partner law firms to create their dream litigation process
• Be customer facing and be involved in ensuring potential customers (partner law firms and the clients they serve) understand our value proposition and are happy with Mighty’s services
• Help Mighty better understand issues that arise in personal injury litigation and the litigation process 
• Work with us on a full-time or flexible basis

We want to hear from you if you:

• Are a member in good standing of the bar in one or more of the following states: Illinois, California, Arizona, North Carolina, or Texas
• Have 2+ years of legal experience including at least some experience representing individuals in litigation 
• Personal injury litigation experience being a big plus but not required
• Are a strong communicator, both written and oral
• Are highly organized with a bias for action and strong sense of ownership / accountability
• Have a commitment to improving access to justice 
• Have a strong sense of curiosity to understand and contribute to a company that's restructuring an entire industry
• Are egoless and willing to pitch in where needed most
