Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Offshore Development Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring legal advice/assistance (in-house and external). If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Preparing key commercial terms for RFPs purpose, drafting and negotiating FIDIC (offshore) agreements and/or any other infrastructure, engineering or technology related agreements
- Working hands on with project teams (technical, commercial, financial)
- Orchestrating the coordination of services offered by external legal advisors
- Developing internal protocols to ensure business compliance and the reduction of risks
- Facilitating communication with legal advisors, regulatory bodies, management, and other stakeholders on legal affairs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pertinent legal domain
- Good knowledge of FIDIC is a must
- Exhibit prior experience working within an international team
- Showcase adeptness in evaluating alternatives and devising solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a primary focus on supporting internal clients, namely, the business team
- Capability of autonomously prioritizing tasks
- Proficiency in English.
