About The Team

The Global Legal Operations Team provide specialist and operational support to the Global Legal Team. The successful candidate will be motivated, organised and have exceptional attention to detail.

The purpose of a Legal Ops Team is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a Legal department by managing resources, implementing technology and optimising processes. Introducing automation, governance and cost savings to ensure the function operates strategically and increase the lawyer utilisation rates by enabling Legal professionals to focus on providing Legal Advice.

About The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support to the Global Legal function
  • Data entry and analysis
  • Research and Investigation work
  • Optimising technology platforms to introduce efficiencies to processes
  • Maintenance of Legal NDA platform, facilitating signing process, responding to queries and general platform analysis and maintenance
  • Project support, change management support and service delivery support for the Global Legal Function
  • Monitoring workflows via Power Apps and Teams for the Legal Services Portal
  • Triaging Legal requests via mailboxes and portals
  • Collating and presenting reporting data
About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that is efficient, motivated, hardworking and a strong communicator.

The ideal candidate will be someone that can demonstrate IT literacy, excellent communication skills, are quick to learn, well organised, reliable and have strong attention to detail, with at least 2 years of strong administrative experience.

Due to the nature of the department it's essential that you take pride in your work and can commit to being highly accurate in your duties. Whilst you will be working in a team, the ability to work on your own and using your initiative is essential. Lastly, the pace at Dyson and in the team is incredibly fast so therefore you must be able to work at pace and be comfortable with juggling priorities, managing workload and working to strict deadlines.
