About the Role
This internship offers a unique chance to observe and contribute to the legal operations of an international travel-tech business. You will collaborate with our legal and business teams, supporting day-to-day tasks and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on regulations relevant to corporate and travel-tech operations.
- Support compliance initiatives and risk assessment activities.
- Help maintain and update internal legal records and databases.
Requirements for Success
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law degree (LLB/LLM).
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A keen interest in corporate, commercial, and technology law.
- Deep knowledge of contractual and labor law.
- Knowledge of IP (Intellectual Property) law.
