As a Legal Graduate, you will be assisting and supporting the legal team in order to effectively provide legal assistance to the business.
In this role, you will:
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents, including without limitation commercial contracts, corporate documents, letters and legal notices.
- Carrying out legal research on behalf of the legal team.
- Providing legal advice to other teams within the company.
- Providing administrative support to other members of the legal team to ensure that the team is able to work efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law.
- Similar experience within a law firm or in-house legal team is beneficial.
- Good understanding of legal concepts.
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills (written and oral)
- Teamwork skills
- Organisational skill
