Role Value Proposition:
As a part of the Human Resources Digital Strategy and Technology Operations team, this position will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of system enhancements and architecture support for the Talent Acquisition function. They will create key partnerships with the Talent Acquisition team to understand their strategy, processes, requirements, and challenges, and consult on innovative and effective technical solutions that will help deliver on those items. This partnership will also enhance awareness and adoption of HR Digital Strategy and HR processes, with a focus on simplicity, agility, and continuous improvement. They will also create key partnerships with other teams across MetLife including the Global Operations Support Center, and our Global Technology teams, as well as key external partners. This position reports to the AVP of HR Cloud Architecture and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and architecture support for the Talent Acquisition function, such as integrations, workflows, customizations, and automation.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including HR, IT and implementation consultants, to drive technology solutions and business processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the data and reports related to Talent Acquisition and provide data governance and audit support.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to the Talent Acquisition team and other HRIS users on the HRIS platform functionality and capabilities.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks related to system enhancements and architecture support and ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the HR Technology and Talent Acquisition landscape.
- Explore HR platform capabilities to find areas of opportunity for closer data integration and enhanced employee experience.
- Practice and advocate agile methodology to accommodate business needs and varying timelines
- Manage work independently and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Manage relationships with vendors and implementation consultants as needed
- Maintain system documentation and enhancement practices, as needed
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- Experience managing medium- to large-sized projects and adhering to timelines and established budgets
- Experience with recruiting and talent management technology solutions
- Experience in implementing and managing support processes for HR Systems
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive conversations and decisions with key stakeholders
- Experience providing technology solutions in a SaaS Cloud environment with proven ability to understand and manage end-to-end impacts
- Experience in process development, review, and redesign.

Required:
- Proficient in HRIS platform functionality and capabilities, preferably in Avature or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge and experience in system enhancements and architecture support
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Solutions (Teams, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Continuous Learning mindset
Preferred:
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition ATS and/or CRM implementations projects
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience

The salary range for applicants for this position is $80,000 - $134,700.
