Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead, Telesales (Bangladesh) to support and grow our telesales operations in the market. Reporting directly to the Regional Telesales Lead, this role will oversee telesales activities in Bangladesh, managing a local team of telesales agents to drive new vendor acquisition, activation, and upselling initiatives. The role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC to ensure alignment with regional standards, processes, and business goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own It - You own the regional sales strategy and the quarterly target-setting process, ensuring total alignment with our market growth objectives. You define clear performance expectations and incentive structures, taking full accountability for the roadmap that leads your team to victory.
  • Dive Deep - You conduct comprehensive analysis on productivity, funnel velocity, and conversion trends. By identifying the root causes of underperformance, you provide senior leadership with the actionable insights and data-driven solutions needed to steer the business forward.
  • Deliver Value Fast - You drive execution efficiency to ensure newly signed partners are onboarded and activated within strict SLAs. You act as a catalyst for change, owning the rapid implementation of new tools and process updates to keep your team operating at peak speed.
  • Bring Good Vibes - You cultivate a high-energy, resilient culture where your team remains focused and motivated. Through structured huddles, you align the team on daily goals, proactively remove operational blockers, and manage partner escalations with professional poise.
  • Raise the Bar - You set and enforce rigorous performance standards. Through disciplined 1-on-1 coaching and continuous skill development, you elevate the overall execution bar and transform individual specialists into a high-performing collective.
  • Stay Humble - You lead from the front, spending time "in the trenches" to coach your team through real-world sales challenges. You actively solicit feedback on process pain points and tool efficiency, using team insights to drive continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership Track Record - You bring 5+ years of progressive experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, including at least 2 years of direct leadership within a high-growth, metric-driven environment. You have a documented history of navigating fast-paced acquisition landscapes and leading teams to consistent victory.
  • Analytical Rigor & Strategic Planning - You are proficient in data analysis, and forecasting. You possess the expertise to audit complex performance reports and contribute to strategic financial planning, specifically in developing incentive models that drive peak team performance.
  • Operational Governance - You are an expert in sales process governance. You have a proven ability to define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage Quality Control (QC) frameworks, ensuring your team remains disciplined, compliant, and highly efficient within a structured organization.
  • Sales Technology Mastery - You possess mandatory proficiency in Enterprise CRMs (Salesforce) and have high working knowledge of sales acceleration tools, such as auto-dialers. You understand how to leverage the right tech stack to maximize team velocity.
  • Talent Development & Executive Presence - You are a high-impact mentor with demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and coaching elite sales talent. You possess exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to present quantitative results clearly to senior stakeholders and lead structured, high-energy team huddles that drive results.
